Seller refers to the website owner – the person to whom the order for the purchase has been given.

Buyer refers to the person or organization placing the order.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.


Payment methods accepted include PayPal. You also can pay throught Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover in Paypal payment if you don't have Paypal account.  

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in order cancellation.  Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you.

Refund Policy

We accept refund of products. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.

Kindly allow between 3-6 business days for our after sales team to process your request. After this, please note the refund times below:

  • For PayPal refunds, please allow up to 3-6 business days for the transaction to appear in your account.


  • Goods with obvious signs of use;
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts;
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Due to the reasons of Hapsbox, the problem that needs to be returned and exchanged is handled as follows

  • When returning

Refund amount: 100% of the total order amount
Return shipping fee: pay by Hapsbox

  • When replacing

Return shipping fee: pay by Hapsbox
Re-shipment freight: pay by Hapsbox

Due to the customer’s reasons, the problem of the need to return and exchange the goods is handled as follows

  • When returning

Refund amount: 100% of the product amount (excluding freight)
Return shipping fee: paid by customer

  • When replacing

Return shipping fee: paid by customer
Re-shipment freight: paid by customer

Return Policy

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product. To return your product, please contact our customer service:



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do send your purchase back to us before email us. 


  1. For products purchased on Hapsbox, if you need to replace the product or refund, you need to provide a valid order number and contact us;
  2. Regarding the time of return, all products on this website, from the time they are delivered to customers, within 30 days, you have the right to apply for a replacement product or a refund;
  3. Hapsbox will provide replacement orders or refunds for damaged or substandard products. If damage is not the main factor, no other replacement or refund will be provided for unsatisfactory replacement orders;
  4. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do send your purchase back to us before email us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs 9.99$ (sometimes depends on your local shipping service) for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To complete your return please do the following:

  • Re-pack the item with the labels and tags still attached;
  • Send us an e-mail at with your name, order number, the items you wish to return and the reasons;
  •  Drop off your package at your carrier. Provide tracking number and website for tracking the logistic info after you return the parcel to us;

Shipping And Delivery Policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced (It should be reasonable cause before you mail to customer service and tell why you want to cancel the order). If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. You can cancel your order within 24 hours through our customer service email once you order the item.

Standard Shipping Cost by Sea Shipping: The standard shipping cost is $15.99 by Sea Shipping.

Express Shipping Cost by Air Shipping: The express shipping cost is $30.00 by Air Shipping.

Processing Time: When the customer places an order, we need 2-5 business days to process the order.

Delivery Time: It takes about 28-40 business days by Sea Shipping to the United States. It takes 7-15 business days by Air Shipping to the United States.
